sushi a lot for lunch cos i just love it, and some fruit,
oat cakes for snacks..again i prefer it to chocolate to be honest how weird that may sound
and i always have apretty good meal, like shepards pie, peix, veggies or pasta..i just cut down on portion sizes a lot, from my usual mammoth bowls of pasta lol…
any nice, nutritionally balanced recipes for any meal at all?
and am i eating enough, i still get a bit weak sometimes although i eat 3 good meals,and snack about once, twice a day.

Try to fill up on Vegetables, then eat your protean like chicken etc…… stay away from snack cakes even if there diet. they Arte very healthy
Eggs are good, so keep eating those. Salmon and Tuna are excellent choices. Continue with the fruits and veggies. Get some mixed nuts and berries. Eat foods in their natural state as much as possible. Meaning eat raw fruits and veggies. Don’t put a lot of dressing on your salads. Don’t load up your potatoes with butter and sour cream. Don’t fry foods, unless of course it’s stir fry. (Don’t bread and flour them).
Use olive oil when you must use oil. Use real butter when you must use butter. Think “if God made it, then I can eat it.” Don’t eat man-made and processed foods. Go with whole grain in your breads and cereals. Yogurt is wonderful.
Eat the foods mentioned above and the pounds will just pour off of you. I know, because I’ve done this. Don’t bother with calorie counting. If you eat healthy and stay away from the store bought and fast foods that are loaded in empty calories. You will stay strong and healthy and have great vigor and a good complexion.
Don’t forget to walk every day and drink lots of water. Nuts and berries are great foods to snack on. Even though nuts have a lot of calories, they are packed with minerals and vitamins… will give you strength and the calories will be utilized.
