pizza hut, burger king, mcdonalds, wendys….all great and easy choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner…in fact they take no work at all except for driving yourself through the drive thru. you dont need to shed 50 pounds….just gain 50 more and be happy with it…sure youll die a lot sooner, but at least you wont be hungry when you do

    Low fat diets are unhealthy.
    Try a low sugar diet.

  3. in the morning for breakfast you can do a small bowl of fresh fruit such as (peaches, grapes, strawberries…), some low fat yogurt, a small glass of juice, umm a piece of whole wheat toast. You can do other stuff like two eggs, but without the yolk. and be sure to throw in some veggies. (like broccoli, spinage, or sumthing like that)

Lunch you can do a chicken pattie (they seal some at the store and there really good) with maybe a salad on the side and a glass of water.

For dinner i would say Just to make sure you get the right nutrition. Its not about the food , its about how much you eat..

usually if you drink a glass of water before you eat then you don’t eat as much…As well as after….

If you get hungry for a snack carry an apple, or the 90 calorie granola bars….or a handful of nuts is a good snack to…pretty much anything of the sort….

hope this helps! remember eat healthy and drink lots of water. Lay off the sodas, chips, candies and stuff like that….

make sure the saturation in the food is really low….

Tuna is something as well to eat when on a diet…fish, chicken, turkey……
