no and if you do not burn those calories like him you will turn into an ugly fat freak. but hey don’t take my word for it. try it.

  2. Mr. Mallon says:

Michael Phelps is a professional swimmer, meaning he also spends much time in the pool. Because of his dedications to one of the best cardio and strengthening methods available, he is able to burn off those calories. For the average, nowhere-near-as-athletic person, this diet is just begging for a heart attack.

  3. Andy S says:

michael phelps was exaggerating, ask a nutritionist. to eat eight thousand calories a day would require you to eat for about 75% of your waking time. 12000 is simply not possible to eat in a single day with only one mouth. it is definatly not healthy and once he stops training so vigorously his body will have a horrendous time adjusting to a normal persons diet.

  4. chicca says:

yeah it is if your micheal phelps cuz he burn calories so fast!!

  5. yes because he trains so much .

But I feel sick at just the thought of someone eating all that

  6. SunnyLM says:

i read an article about his “diet”
but he doesn’t eat like that regularly, only when he is training
and because he is training he needs a lot of carbs to maintain his ideal body physique

  7. ? says:

Most of the things on there are carbohydrates which is used for energy. If someone ate all that and did nothing all day then yes that is extremely bad. But for Michael phelps it’s okay because he exersizes every day and he uses the energy the carbs give him burning them off.
