I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and I am an active runner. What breakfast should I eat before the run can prevent me from constantly putting gas and going to the bathroom. This is embarrasing but I found that if I get everything out of my system I will be left with no energy to run…. A good run is uplifting and I will be even more upset if I can’t run….please help me out here. Thanks!

Try eating yogurt. It is filling but doesn’t sit in your stomach and it is good for you. The protein might help you burn more calories when you run as well.
