JustWondering palus: I want to make my boyfriend the best breakfast on his birthday but I’m having a hard time finding “tavaline” recipes for simple foods. I don’t want anything super crazy. I just need good and simple recipes for french toast, crispy bacon and hash browns. I also don’t know what kind of gravy to use for biscuts and gravy.

Rob palus: I just purchased 4lbs of GNC’s vanilla whey protein which can only be mixed with water not milk, but can anyone give me a healthy recipe to make me want to drink it because the whey protein with the water alone tastes disgusting. And does mixing my whey protein with other products (like fruits) affect the quality your suppose to get from the protein.

Eye Cie U palus: I am looking for some type of protein shake/smoothie mix that’s in a powder form with soy-milk in it. I want something I can use for my breakfast and lunch. I am trying to lost weight and I am not big on breakfast or lunch. And I would also like to know is the soy-milk protein smoothie/shakes better then the slim-fast or are they the same? I am looking for something with some type of favors and in a powder form. If anyone knows of something like this I can try that’s not too costly can you please let me know.

P.S. I have taken Slim-fast before but someone was telling me that soy-milk is better and it has the protein I would need and it also fills you up as well. I have never try soy-milk or any of the soy-milk shakes/smoothies but if this is healthy and will help me with having a good healthy breakfast and lunch until dinner I am willing to try it.

Just Me palus: OK =D I’m 13 and I’m trying to eat healthier because I don’t eat healthy…like ever. I mean sometimes I do, and I drink more water than soda but still. Yea.
Anyway this is what I had for breakfast this morning!
One packet of grits (100 Kalorid)
One slice of wheat bread (röstsai) (70 Kalorid)
16 ounces of G2 Grape Flavor (50 Kalorid)
Yea, well I needed something more flavorful for breakfast than water and we were out of OJ and I don’t really drink milk…so there was the Gatorade. By the way, 16 ounces is only half of the bottle just so you know. =]

Carrierox4ever13 palus: I don’t have any time in the morning to eat breakfast before I leave for school (don’t tell me to get up earlier or make time because that is not going to happen!!) Its takes about 7 minutes to get to school so that is how long I have to eat breakfast. What are some easy, Tervetel, not messy breakfast foods that I can take in the car with me and eat on the way to school?? Aitäh!!
