Its takes about 7 minutes to get to school so that is how long I have to eat breakfast. Even “terve” commercial breakfast cereals like Guardian, All Bran etc have a fair bit of salt and sugar in them and I want to avoid this completely.
I could make my own muesli but it causes to much flatulence to have only that and nothing else.
Where can I buy or how can I make something healthy to replace cereals such as Guardain, Wheat biscuits (Wheat Bix etc), All Bran and so on.
I would be eating it with almond milk or soy milk. It has to be dairy free with no added sugar or salt at all.
