are yogurt and low fat granola good diet foods?

the yogurt it fit and active yogurt. it has no fat. and only 100 cal. per 1 cp serving and when i eat low fat granola with it i cant even eat the whole 1 cup serving so i usually do 1/2 c yogurt with 1/4 c low fat granola. and drink water. i am starting to add strawberrys to the mix too. des this sound healthy?
breakfast 1/2 c yogurt with strawberrys and 1/4 c granola
lunch-1 c veggies (carrots or green beans) w/ 4 oz chicken breast
dinner- yogurt, strawberrys and granola again
and drink water constantly…
what do you think? recipes welcome!

i really love yogurt and granola and could actually live on it! it is my favorite food!

    Add some protein to breakfast. Try egg whites.
    Add some protein and green to dinner. Your idea of 4 oz of chicken ****** is fine.

    Also, take a multivitamin.

  2. so far, so good, but you need more balance. besides, I’d get so tired of yogurt with strawberries and granola, I’d quit eating it after a few days. it’s OK for breakfast, but find something else for dinner. you need fish at least twice a week. eat a variety of foods, not the same thing over and over.
