		<description>so far, so good, but you need more balance.  besides, I&#039;d get so tired of yogurt with strawberries and granola, I&#039;d quit eating it after a few days.  it&#039;s OK for breakfast, but find something else for dinner.  you need fish at least twice a week.  eat a variety of foods, not the same thing over and over.</description>
