Seasonal fruit and low cal yogurt.
Plain or low fat fruit yogurt with some granola. A grapefruit with cottage cheese. A boiled egg and toast with margarine. Oatmeal without any added sugar and some fruit.
oatmeal,
its healthy and it says with you all morning. toss some raisin in there with it and it quick and good for you
Oatmeal with fruit………..or a smoothie………
Well you should eat cereal at breakfast the Special K. Its healthier it has vitamins and its not expensive.
i like oatmeal with fresh fruit on top…fast, yummy, and low fat/low cal
I like to make a smoothie with a bit of protein powder in it. They usually run around 350 cals.
1 cup frozen fruit (cals depends on what you choose)
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt – 70 cals
1 cup skim milk – 90 cals
3/4 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder -100 cals
The protein powder tastes pretty good and keeps you full for longer than without it. Plus you can drink it on the go!
try egg substitute (egg beaters)
fat-free sharp cheese
bacon substitute ( Stripples)
chopped tomatoes
98% Fat free Tortillo wraps
Scramble egg, add cheese to melt a little
heat wrap in micro for 12 sec
put in egg mixture, crumble bacon, add tomato
these are fast and lean
How about old-fashioned Quaker oatmeal? You can microwave it for 2 1/2 minutes and add anything you want – half a banana, some raisins. I like mine with raisins and some crushed walnuts. It keeps me full all morning long, and then I don’t feel the need to eat junk at lunch.
