Does anyone have any ideas for a quick, filling, low calorie breakfast? Also does anyone have any recipes for a healthy fruit parfait or breakfast muffins? Thankyou :)

I like to make a smoothie with a bit of protein powder in it. They usually run around 350 cals.
1 cup frozen fruit (cals depends on what you choose)
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt – 70 cals
    1 cup skim milk – 90 cals
3/4 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder -100 cals
The protein powder tastes pretty good and keeps you full for longer than without it. Plus you can drink it on the go!

    bacon substitute ( Stripples)
    chopped tomatoes
    98% Fat free Tortillo wraps

Scramble egg, add cheese to melt a little
heat wrap in micro for 12 sec
put in egg mixture, crumble bacon, add tomato

    these are fast and lean

How about old-fashioned Quaker oatmeal? You can microwave it for 2 1/2 minutes and add anything you want – half a banana, some raisins. I like mine with raisins and some crushed walnuts. It keeps me full all morning long, and then I don’t feel the need to eat junk at lunch.
