Honey, first of all, you shouldn’t have smoothies to replace a meal. You can have a smoothie for breakfast, if it’s high in nutrients or protein, but not any other meal. Or you could have it WITH a meal or as a snack. So, smoothies are pretty easy to make. You can mix any kind of fruit (& you can do this with mixed fruit or frozen fruit) & plain yogurt and ice in a blender, and add juice if you want. You can basically put any amount of anything in it.
