Also, and good protein shake recipes (breakfast) No website crap…real stories, real results please! : ) trying to eat low carb, high protein and be realistic…want to loose 80 lbs! there are bad fruits??
Look up caloric value of different fruits so you make sure you don’t overindulge. Also, listen to your body. It may react differently to different foods. Eat what makes you feel good, and avoid the things that leave you feeling ill or like you have a sugar-high.

All fruits are good, accompanied with water and exercise and a good diet supplement like I use being the acai helps.

For here are some things you can doo..
First
Liptons diet green tea.. Get it if you can.
It tastes great
Has 0 calories
Fills you up
and actually
Helps your metabolism and has antioxidants
It pretty much cleans your stomach
Drink it daily.
2 bottles a day if you could.
It’ll helpp.
Also
Cut down the calorie intake to 1100.
or less.
Eating less is always good.
Learn to actually LOOK forward to being hungry
I love it when my stomach growls it just means my stomachs ready to take fat stored and use it as energyy.
Remember to always excersize
for however time
and whatever exercise
just do some!
get your body moving
the food intake lower.
Also
AVOID:
-Fast food! and wasting your money.
-Soda.. i suggest you quit it… its no good.
-Sweets are bad for your teeth.. eat them once in awhile in small portions.
Honey, the whole low carb thing is not the best way to go. It’s a good “quick fix” to lost a few pounds, but it does not lead to healthy eating habits in the long run. You need things like whole wheat bread and brown rice in your diet, because they do wonders for heart health.
Stay away from super sweet fruits like apples and grapes. They have a lot of calories from the sugars, and though they have some nutrition, they are not power-packed with nutrients. Bananas, kiwi, oranges, pineapple, blueberries are some good fruits to eat.
Also, a tip on eating vegetables. Foods with bolder, brighter colors have more nutritional depth than others. Carrots, tomatoes, and radishes are better for you. Romaine lettuce is better than iceberg lettuce.
I personally do not believe in protein shakes for breakfast. Having a bowl of oatmeal and cup of coffee do better for you than anything else.
I’ve studied nutrition for years now, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Cutting out any particular food group (like bread) is not the way to go. Your body needs all kinds of food, in moderation, to be perfectly balanced. Also, high proten only works if you exercise a lot to turn that protein into muscle.
I guess I’m what you could call a success story. I wear size four, I’m in good shape, and I eat basically whatever I want to, as long as I eat it in little bits. I also drink a lot of water, and I put no sugar into my body after 6 pm.
o.k. here is the thing, people and i mean it seems like everyone is loosing grip on reality when it comes to wieght loss. diets are to the point of making me mad, most do more harm than good. see what you eat is not near as important as how you use it. here is a fact, and remmeber this because as i just said it is fact. there is only one thing that burns fat…only one….it’s called muscle. thats is fact. even cardio, yep your heart is a muscle.. and your body when hungry will first burn muscle first if it is not in use… so dieting without excersise is a step back wards. seriously.. and i have heard “but i dont want to be a muscle women/man” i’ll tell you what when you start to look that way back off, i”ll garantee by then you will be skinniy. And its not hard seriously, just focus on using muscles, and you’ll start loosing inches. i say inches because muscle wieghts more than fat, so initiallly you may gain wieght, but loose inches, and that is something to get excited about. Because that means you have more fat buring potential. and the inchest will go faster. Eventually you will balence out and the wieght will drop. Why do you think it was easier when you were younger?, it’s not age, it’s strength.
It can be anything lift your hands over your head till your arms are tired. hold your leg out straight till its tired, press on the wall, stand on your toes… these are things you can do anywhere anytime that will help strengthin your body..and ultimately make you loose wieght.. Trust me its fact. the problem is society is lazy, new inventions make life easier and easier, thats why as a whole we are getting fat because life is requiring less strength.
PLEASE, get you a book on “The New Sugar Busters” eating program. It’s fabulous and it will teach you what you need to know about how your body processes foods and what to eat. You won’t be hungry and you’ll lose the weight. I’m telling everyone I know about this diet!
