Yogurt and fruit, granola bars and/or protein bars are perfect for quick nutritious food.
I think that cerial is the best but you could also get big muffins at cosco and get all different kinds, they are really good
Smoothies are fun. Just toss some fruit and milk/ice cream into a blender, it takes about two minutes.
Breakfast burritos. Just wrap scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa & whatever else you want (I like avocado & crumbled turkey bacon) like a burrito & off they go.

I have oatmeal every morning. If I have time I have toast with it. I buy a box of 12 packages of oatmeal. Add 1/2 cup of hot water or hot milk to one package. Let it sit for a minute or two. I like to add sugar to mine.

For me bread with jam / egg omelette works best. It is quick as well. If you are plannign to have omelette with bread, then make 2 – 3 omelette day before. You can have one each day with bread, by just heating the omelette in the microwave for may be 20 secs. If you dont loke eggs, then try different preserves spread on the bread, peanut butter would be great too.
Baked Beans are back in style! Why not power up your morning with baked beans and chicken bacon strips wrapped up in a fresh egg omelette – a great way to start the day if you’re about to hit the ski slopes or are venturing out for a spot of diving!
Filling: Mushroom, tomatoe, grated cheese, onion & some chicken/lamb/beef (if any – or perhaps left over from last night), fresh eggs, or chicken bacon strips. Add in what you like, take out what you don’t like.

Scones are great for breakfast. And they are actually healthy. I make mine using buttermilk, so it cuts down on the fat.
Here is a website that I use almost exclusively. They have tons of great recipes for just about anything you’d want to make. Just put the word “scones” in the search field, and you’ll find some really nice recipes. One of my favorites is the apricot almond scones.
Breakfast Bake
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Smoked Ham, chopped
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Unroll dough in 13×9-inch baking dish; press to cover bottom of dish, firmly pressing perforations and seams together to seal. SPRINKLE ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper with wire whisk until blended; pour over ham. Sprinkle with cheeses. BAKE 25 min. or until center is set.
Canadian Bacon Breakfast Crescents
1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 Ready to Serve Canadian Bacons
2 Tbsp.Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Separate dough into eight triangles. Tightly roll up 1 Canadian bacon slice; place on short end of one of the triangles. Roll up, starting at short end. Place, point-side down, on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining Canadian bacon and dough. BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown. SPRINKLE with cheese. Bake an additional 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
Peppered Bacon Twist
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 can (11-1/2 oz.) refrigerated cornbread twists 8 slices
(2.1 oz.) Fully Cooked Bacon, heated as directed on pkg.
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix brown sugar and pepper in shallow dish; set aside. UNROLL dough. Separate into 8 long strips; press perforations together in each strip to seal. Top each dough strip with bacon slice. Add to sugar mixture; turn to evenly coat both sides. Twist topped dough strips slightly, then place on greased baking sheet. BAKE 11 to 13 min. or until lightly browned.
Breakfast Casserole
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp.black pepper
4 slices whole wheat bread, torn
SPRAY medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add peppers and onion; cook on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Place in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings; mix with wire whisk until well blended. SPRAY 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place bread in prepared casserole. Cover evenly with egg product mixture, making sure all bread is coated. BAKE at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
