P.S. i cant go running in the morning, & i really need a dinner recipes bc i eat kinda healthy for breakfast and lunch but my family loves to use oil in like everything we eat.

consume less of the “bad fat” which is saturated fat. Eat more vegetables and do a lot of aerobic exercises.
I know you have probably heard this all before but it bears repeating.
Check out weight watchers, they have tons of recepies and are extremely good to eat. My family has italian and they loooovvveeee their oil so i feel you on that part. Also try some pilates or even yoga, its very calming and also helps you loose weight. Hope that helps
First off, real men like a little tummy fat on the girls, makes them look real & loveable. That aside, your best bet is to build muscle and focus on the core. Do crunches, pull ups, and push ups. Increase the intensity on a regular basis by varying the types, ie 2 point push ups, leg lifts, half pulls. These exercises don’t require anything but space for your body and can be done anytime. Mornings are usually best though. Protein at night also helps build muscle. Recipes… anything your family cooks now with oil could be cooked without it, usually the correct cookware or method is all that needs changing. Find some cookbooks at the library and do your own research. [The proof is in now that real butter and pure lard is not bad like we've been told, they have a lot of vitamins we need and they are much better than the vegi oils etc.]
