What are you favorite low fat recipes. We tend to get stuck in a routine of eating the same foods and i **** that, we definately need to branch out!
For breakfast, i ususally skip becuase the only healthy think thats quick and easy for me is yogurt and i get tired of eating that after a week. We are very busy, on the go type people and we need simple and fast healthy foods to eat!
Please tell me your favorite healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Id love to add to my weekly recipes! thank you so much!
healthy breakfast recipes

First of all breakfast is really the most important meal. Even a bowl of cereal is better than nothing. There are plenty of health conscious ones out there. Try them with some berries and skim or low fat milk.
Egg whites are another great diet breakfast or even great for lunch. They come packaged and cook in a snap. Make omelets with them and add some fresh veggies and have a slice of whole grain toast and some fruit and viola.
For dinner grill some marinaded chicken to go with a great Cesar Salad recipe that you can eat till it comes out your ears.
Clean and chop 2 or 3 heads of Romain lettuce and place in big salad bowl. Take one small container of plain lowfat yogurt (6 oz) and place in blender. Add one chopped clove of garlic, juice of one half lemon and 1/2 cup of Parmesan and blend. Throw on a few croutons and have with the grilled chicken.
Just remember skipping meals puts your body in starvation mode and undermines your metabolism. Drink plenty of water and don’t eat past 7 pm.
But if you have the urge to splurge on something do it!!
Plus move your body..walk, bike, swim….
I lost 80 pounds and have kept if off for 10 years.
i HAVE to eat breakfast…plus it’s not good to go without food for 15 hours which is what you do when you stop eating at a decent time at night and then don’t eat until lunch time.
I will eat a bowl of cereal with fruit, yogurt with cereal, or oatmeal are all good choices
lunch is usually a turkey or tuna sandwich or the lean cuisine meals. they actually taste pretty good and are quick to pop in the microwave and eat when you dont have a whole lot of time.
for dinner i love having grilled chicken. i like to add it to make a salad with tomatos, carrots, hardboiled egg, and sliced almonds with a light dressing. shrimp is also good and salmon. all of these are quick to make and all you have to do is a add some healthy veggies sides!
Breakfast is the easiest meal of the day to eat healthy! The easiest choice is a smoothie with skim milk, berries, ice, and protein powder! Or, you could have a 4 scrambled egg whites ( w/ 1 yolk) with veggies and a slice of WW toast w/ natural p butter (not JIF) or make a breakfast burrito w/ egg whites, salsa in a WW tortilla. Hope this helps!
