Ok, all you have to do is burn 1000 more calories a day than you eat and you will reach your goal of 14 lbs in 2 months (yeah faster than you thought)

Also, to make sure you lose more fat than you do muscle, you should run and exercise right when you get up. Before you eat breakfast.

well cardio exercises are what you’re looking for. Running, bicycling, swimming, anything that makes your heart beat fast.

In terms of food, lay off the donuts, stop eating carbohydrates. Watch your nutrition, basically. Don’t eat junk.

Try this..It worked wonders for me I lost 110 lbs in11 months

first keep something like water or a 0 calorie drink in your hand at all times. This helps keep your stomach feeling full and drives off the hungers. It will also make you *** a lot but that helps by flushing out fat cells . An added perk to the water,is that it is great for your skin. Then eat NOTHING FRIED.. sorry.. Bake broil, boil , roast, or grill everything. eat more salad and other fresh veggies and fruit. Fish, skinned chicken and turkey for your meat intake. Go light on red meat, and NO Pork. Watch your portion sizes, 4 oz ( about the same size as a deck of cards) is a portion of meat, 1/2 cup is a portion of veggies, and a portion of pasta is the size of a CD, use a small plate so it looks like more food than it is. Eat whole grains instead of processed .
Then take at least 15 minutes a day for a work out routine use weights to tone and build muscle . Do sit ups and waist twists to help with the abs. Use this for weight loss then to maintain the loss after.
The most important thing is to get up and move! Get out from in front of the TV and the Video Games and the computer…go outside..do something physical..Walk, run, hike, bike, whatever just move..
    GOOD LUCK !
    AND KEEP AT IT !

I understand how you feel and admire your determination. At your age, you could probably join any number of outdoor activities, sports or games. The best thing is to keep active, walking, running, jump rope, play volleyball, table tennis. Lot’s of activity will also control your hunger or eating out of boredom. Don’t skip meals, consider a diet that will include 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Snacks are usually fruit that you can take along when you go out. I find that by eating a pear and drinking plenty of water I’m as full as if I had taken a full meal. Make sure you eat the foods you like, or else you’ll get bored and start to binge on the wrong foods. Drink plenty of water and stay away from fast foods or junk food restaurants (Burger King, McDonald’s, Kentucky). Consider eating your main meal in a shallow cereal bowl and use the flat plate for lots of salad with low cal dressing. A good rule is to fill up on veggies and fruit.

But the very first thing you must do is ask your parents to take you to a doctor for a consultation. I hope this helps, take care!
