Nothing that will disrupt your stomach.
I have a banana or some apple slices before my morning practice, then when I’m done I eat a nice full breakfast.
Don’t eat before effort.
Does a lion go for a run after it eats?
No, it runs, eats then rests.
don’t have that much before you start. no need to carry around the extra smoothie while you’re working out. have the rest when you’re finished. add some vanilla sustagen or whatever they call it where you live, powdered milk or water additive that’s low GI with protein, iron, vitamins. get proper body building stuff if you want, but that will do.
well i Love breakfast but what i suggest is that you continue to have the smoothies but also have at the least 1 piece of toast because if the Body doesn’t get fed enough it will feed of the fat from your last meal so there would be no point in working out.
Dont eat before swimming
yes in morning you want to eat something before you swim such as a fruit, powerbar, or a banana. and also try to drink a water or gatorade, these will keep you satified throughout the work out and after you can have a hearty breakfast
well yea you always should before a morning practice or just a plain regular gym workout. i suggest something with carbs to start your day off right like a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich on a bagel. or you could do the smoothie/carnation breakfast drink thing. either which way you should always have some fuel in your body tho
