		<description>I loove breakfast but i try to eat healthy so heres some things i love to eat.
 ~oatmeal (not instant). I use skim milk instead of water for protein and i love mixing peaches in it so i dont have to put sugar in it.  Also other fruits are good too.  ~Make an omelet with egg whites low fat cheese veggies and ham. ~At the store you can find whole wheat pancake mix.  Instead of using vegetable oil substitute it with applesauce to make it healthier.  Also cut back on the butter.  Try using the spray butter and sugerfree syrup and lots of fruit on top!</description>
