Help!

I’m 15 years old, 130 pounds, and 5′4″. Now I’m not one of those girls who freaks out about their weight and wants to be unbelievably skinny, but I would like to loose a bit of weight. I’m just a bit over, and am aiming for like, 120.

Now, I eat pretty much breakfast, lunch, and dinner; that’s it. Breakfast is usually pretty small: toast, a bagel, oatmeal, a bowl of cereal, whatever. Lunch isn’t exactly the healthiest all the time. Sometimes it is, other times it’s school food. Dinner is usually very healthy, because my parents love to cook and take a lot of our meals from Healthy Recipe cookbooks.

With that, I walk across a Highschool campus for 10 minutes 5 times a day, walk around at our 30 minute lunch, have a hour long PE class, then go to basketball practice for 2 hours, but I can’t loose ANY weight!!

I don’t have any time to do any more physical work then I already do, and I personally believe I already do quite a lot. So please, help? How do I get this weight off??

    drink more water!! and make sure you sweat a lot!! if you wear warm clothes to bed that makes you sweat and you will ose weight!! water and sweating are the best, easiest ways to burn fat!
