tana pita: I have been having fruit smoothies for breakfast which is great becuase I can sip it throughout the morning and not get a craving for food until lunch. However now that the temperature is getting cooler I’m finding that I’m much less inclined to choose a smoothie as I’d rather start my day with soemthing warm. I’ve looked online but can’t seem to find any warm breakfast drinks that are healthy so if you have any recipes to share I would be very greatful. Hvala!!

Oh yeh forgot to mention im avoiding soy milk as i don’t like the politics behind soy production plus as a male athlete the high levels of phytoestrogens worry me, i also make my own almond milk so buying fortified milk isn’t the best option…
