I am a 15 year old sophomore girl in high school. I am always on the go and it is not easy for me to live a healthy lifestyle. I am one of the top students in my class so I had to make the decision this year to give
up sports because I dont have time for them. I also have mock trial

I have been having fruit smoothies for breakfast which is great becuase I can sip it throughout the morning and not get a craving for food until lunch. However now that the temperature is getting cooler I’m finding that I’m much less inclined to choose a smoothie as I’d rather start my day with soemthing warm. However im vegan and usually create health food breakfast shakes/smoothies so would need something blendable, i have heard about coral calcium but am not too sure how healthy it is, any advice?
Oh yeh forgot to mention im avoiding soy milk as i don’t like the politics behind soy production plus as a male athlete the high levels of phytoestrogens worry me, i also make my own almond milk so buying fortified milk isn’t the best option…
