I don’t have any time in the morning to eat breakfast before I leave for school (don’t tell me to get up earlier or make time because that is not going to happen!!) Its takes about 7 minutes to get to school so that is how long I have to eat breakfast. What are some easy, heilbrigður, not messy breakfast foods that I can take in the car with me and eat on the way to school?? Takk!!

Even “heilbrigður” commercial breakfast cereals like Guardian, All Bran etc have a fair bit of salt and sugar in them and I want to avoid this completely.

I could make my own muesli but it causes to much flatulence to have only that and nothing else.

Where can I buy or how can I make something healthy to replace cereals such as Guardain, Wheat biscuits (Wheat Bix etc), All Bran and so on.
I would be eating it with almond milk or soy milk. It has to be dairy free with no added sugar or salt at all.

I’m preparing myself to start eating healthier and exercising, and I know that one of the keys to eating more balanced throughout the day, and having energy, is when you eat, and what you eat for breakfast. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to plan! I can never think of what to have that will actually fill me up and keep me energized throughout the day. It’s always either a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant with cheese, or something from the bakery. I wanted to know some really healthy, energizing breakfast ideas that are easy to make on a school day. Which homeade fruit juice is best to have in the morning? Which foods will keep me balanced and give me the will to run? I’d really appreciate your help :) !

P.S. *I’m not a big fan of eggs and milk. I just got out of being a strict vegetarian. Although I don’t mind milk products, such as yogurt and cheese.*
