Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Recipe
1 kop ananassap
1/2 beker ijs
1/2 cup pineapple( fresh or canned)
1/2 cup coconut meat
1/2 banaan
Routebeschrijving:
Blend the pineapple juijs, ice, and banana together until a slushy texture is formed. Add the pineapple and coconut milk and blend till lightly smooth and fruit is well mixed. If using fresh pineapples, add them before adding the coconut as it may take longer to blend the pineapple pieces.
Banana Coconut Smoothie
Ingrediënten
* 1 bevroren bananen
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
* 1/4 beker afgeroomde melk
* 1 1/2 eetlepels honing
* 2 theelepels limoensap (facultatief)
* ice cubes (facultatief)
Routebeschrijving
Peel banana and cut into large chunks. (You can put the frozen banana under hot water to make it easier to peel).
Add yogurt, melk, kokosmelk, banaan, Schat, and lime juice to blender. Blend tot een soepele.
Add more milk to make it thinner, ice to make it thicker.
