I plan on eating oatmeal for breakfast, and most likely a salad and small piece of grilled chicken ****** for dinner or sometimes I’ll have baked fish. Lunch ideas? [ I do not like anything with nuts, they make me sick. ]
I plan on snacking on things like Apples or Bananas because I heard Bananas boost you metabolism. When I had went to the Doctor and told her I drunk about 2 liters of soda ( which has caused me to have bladder infection for weeks now ) a day she just kinda stared at me shocked and said I would probably lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Possible? Also I sometimes have heart pain or back/ knee pain when I walk like the pain of being stabbed with a knife. Also I have killer allergies at the moment and it makes it harder for me to walk ,suggestions?
I wanted to cut down my calories to about 1000-1500 at first because some days I eat 2000 and some other days I will have probably ate about 3000+ I’m one of those stress eaters. I am 5′6 and 240 lbs ( 16 Years old. ) I mainly need help on how to get rid of belly/thigh fat. I don’t want to be over weight anymore.
So I need Recipes and exercises. :]
My goal is to lose 30 pounds before heading back to school in August.
The diet and gym both start tomorrow on May 11th , so I probably have close to 2 and 1/2 months to lose 30 pounds.
I DO NOT want anything about diet pills, yes I had once spent my money on Hydroxycut with my Christmas money after failing all my diets, did not help at all and now I have been seeing that they are being recalled.

Animal’s are better than you asked: I am writing up a grocery list, and I’m looking for some super healthy recipes.. We are trying to lose weight and going on the ‘Eat hardy for breakfast and light throughout the day’, ie; Mainly Veggies and Fruits.
So, I need lots of veggie and fruit recipes, Also some healthy hardy breakfast choices.
The veggie, fruit recipes, don’t have to be just veggies and fruit mixed or something.. Try Creative. And we can use Meat, ie; Chicken turkey and beef..
