1 egg,bowl full of grits,yogurt,grapes,rasins,peanut butter,perogies with cabbage and onions,chicken with peppers and mushrooms in it,white rice,bread,green beans with bacon in it,2 cupcakes i eat like this every single day has been like this for years and after eating all of that im still wanting more food,whats wrong with this picture?? i mean i am a guy and am 21 years old and guys eat alot but that just seems like way to much,and im 5′7 135lbs so not over weight at all, im addicted to food, mostly everything i ate was healthy, other then 2 cup cakes, help me out, is this to much food in one day haha??

I want soooo badly to lose 15 pounds.
so i’m trying to lose the weight fast, Just like those ppl do for beauty pageants and stuff. Ha i just wanna lose it very quickly.
so far today i’ve had:
Breakfast:Normally i eat breakfast, but i didn’t have any time to today.
Lunch:Subway salad. (grilled chicken, cheese and lettuce) with non-fat dressing. i didn’t use all the dressing.
Snacks:there’s a recipe for chocolate chip cookies i found in a seventeen magazine and it’s made of whole wheat flour, and it’s healthier. i had ONE cookie. i had like 3 popscicles and i know that’s alot–but they’re only 15 calories each.
Dinner: not had that yet.
I know that just because the cookies are healthier, doesn’t mean i can have them on this diet. But i will not eat this way. The popscicles were sugar free.
Anyway.. I’m hoping to LIKE what i see on the scale next sunday. What exercising should i do this week and if i continue to eat around 500 to 600 calories a day, how much weight will i lose this week?
and if you have any ideas for me, just please tell me how much weight i will lose each week from your plan.

Thanks for the info… but I don’t need to lose weight (the guy suggesting diet pills)… I dont eat pills unless they are vitamins/supplements…. I’m just looking for a variety of healthy food to eat to keep it interesting and to cut out the bad stuff like saturated fats, sodium, etc…
