I work at a hospital and I have to get up at 5 am every weekday. I don’t want to get up earlier to make breakfast. I am sick of getting fast food in the morning and also want to eat something healthier than gross fast food.     You could make some soups. I know soups for breakfast might sound strange but it’s something you can make in bulk and can be refridgerated/frozen until needed. It only takes a few minutes to heat up in the morning and you could put it in a thermos/thermal cup to drink on the way to work. It’s filling and you could make some fresh toast each morning to have with it.

    If you like scrambled eggs, you could make up a mixture that only has to be cooked in the morning. Mix eggs, milk/cream and seasonings together. In an airtight container, you could make enough mixture for a few days as a time. Saves on time every morning, just pour into frypan and cook for a few minutes.

    If it doesn’t need to be heated, you could try making some muesli bars. They’re easy to eat on the move.
