    Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Recipe

    1 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup of ice
    1/2 cup pineapple( fresh or canned)
    1/2 cup coconut meat
    1/2 banana

    Directions:

    Blend the pineapple juice, ice, and banana together until a slushy texture is formed. Add the pineapple and coconut milk and blend till lightly smooth and fruit is well mixed. If using fresh pineapples, add them before adding the coconut as it may take longer to blend the pineapple pieces.

    Banana Coconut Smoothie

    Ingredients

    * 1 frozen banana
    * 1/2 cup coconut milk
    * 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    * 1/4 cup skim milk
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    * 2 teaspoons lime juice (optional)
    * ice cubes (optional)

    Directions

    Peel banana and cut into large chunks. (You can put the frozen banana under hot water to make it easier to peel).
    Add yogurt, mjölk, coconut milk, banana, honung, and lime juice to blender. Blend until smooth.
    Add more milk to make it thinner, ice to make it thicker.

    Here is a recipe for a coconut milk smoothie. If you really want more of a coconut taste you can add more coconut instead of the fruit. It’s really healthy!!
