How can I live a healthy life as a busy teenage girl?

I am a 15 year old sophomore girl in high school. I am always on the go and it is not easy for me to live a healthy lifestyle. I am one of the top students in my class so I had to make the decision this year to give
up sports because I dont have time for them. I also have mock trial
practice after school twice a week so I don’t get home until around 8. I
never have time to exercise! What is an easy workout regimen I can
do that is less than 30 minutes a day? Även, it is difficult for me to eat
breakfast in the morning. What are some quick and easy breakfast
Recept. Oh, and I never know what to pack for lunch that is quick and
portable as well (my lunch typically contains: doritos, string cheese, och
fruit snacks…I can’t eat a peanut butter sandwiches anymore because I got tired of them haha) Any suggestions about how to make my busy life healthy would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wow you have a lot on your plate.
For breakfast toast some bagels, put some cream cheese and your off
Get lunchables for Lunch? haha Just make a ham and cheese sandwhich, or whatever suits you (:
Also try eating the Baked Doritoes. Keep up in your studies by doing your homework when you get home and don’t worry too much about exercising, do it when you can. Take a 10-20 minute jog around your neighborhood. Buy a cheap fitness DVD?
