i ate breakfast at 10:00 a.m this Morning i had grit egg and weenies and i want to know when can i eat again and what can i eat cuz i want to loose weight i am 16 can i eat pizza or a hot pocket with healthy chips and when yall answer my question please don’t give me no healthy website

    ok so it is health to eat small meals every 3 ชั่วโมง. หลังจาก 3-4 ชั่วโมง, your blood sugar goes down, you get tired/cranky, อื่นๆ. your breakfast was kind of unhealthy (weenies are high in saturated fats). go for a health lunch at 1pm…pizza/hot pocket are not that healthy…do you have vเช่นetables that you could use for a salad? or make a sandwich with whole wheat bread and low fat meat (eg. ไก่, เขา). โชคดี!

    no to the Pizza, but you can eat some hot pocket and healty chips.. but really it not what you eat it’s how much you eat….eating oak meal is all so a go food to eat at any time of the day.

    I don’t think pizza is a very good choice. Whole grains and protein are good. Maybe a turkey sandwich w/ ขนมปังธัญพืช, slice of cheese, and slice of tomato. Then eat some type of fruit too. You should eat every two or three hours or whenever you are hungry.

    Alright if you are looking for a healthy lunch the solution is simple. Try eating a sandwhich and milk. You can put turkey, เขา, เนยถั่วลิสง, salimi, baloni, ไข่, or tuna. Add lettuce ถึง your sandwhich and miracle whip or hot sauce or cheese. if you ate at 10 in the morning you should be good till about 1:30 to 2:30 but i don’t know how much you ate. Make sure you use whole wheat bread too and friut on the side is a good idea. Then wash it down with a glass of milk.

    No both pizza and hot pockets are full of carbs. How about a healthy salad and chicken noodle soup or something? Or even a turkey sandwich, something not so processed?
