the fun thing about smoothies is that you don’t need a recipe. smoothies consists of 3 things: prutas, liquid, and ice. add any kind of fruits you like (about a cup will suffice), Gamitin ang tungkol sa 10 oz of liquid (tubig, OJ. apple juice, gatas, atbp.) at tungkol sa 1-2 tasa ng yelo. get creative!
Strawberry and melon,
Or mango and anything!
You can use vanilla ice cream in the place of yoghurt, it is the same consistency (just about) and makes it cooler
Also it generally blends well, you may have to leave for 5 minutes to cool but then it works

Also usually you can’t taste the yogurt when you put it in there

No Yogurt frozen fruit smoothie
1 cup slices Peaches,frozen, no sugar
1 cup Triple Berry Mix, frozen
1 cup nonfat, gatas,
1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Into blender, add all ingredients, Timpla hanggang makinis

Strawberry Smoothie (no yogurt)
6 daluyan ng strawberries
1 Cup Yelo, durog
2 tbsp Orange Juice
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth

Mag-ilas na manliligaw
1 cup fat free vanilla soy milk
1 tasang frozen strawberries
1 cup of another fruit….peaches, pinya, raspberries, atbp.
