I am looking for some recipes for healthy smoothies I could drink everyday for breakfast or replacing a meal. I would not want it to have much sugar and be as low in fat as possible…anyone have any recipes with nutritional info? 謝謝!

    蜂蜜, first of all, you shouldn’t have smoothies to replace a meal. You can have a smoothie for breakfast, if it’s high in nutrients or protein, but not any other meal. Or you could have it WITH a meal or as a snack. 因此, smoothies are pretty easy to make. You can mix any kind of fruit (& you can do this with mixed fruit or frozen fruit) & plain yogurt and ice in a blender, and add juice if you want. You can basically put any amount of anything in it. 希望這會有所幫助 !
