What are some healthy recipes and snacks to eat for someone who’s been working out and wanting to lose belly fat?
Whenever I find that I like something healthy, I’ll eat it over and over again then get totally sick of it. So what are some recipes for breakfast, 午餐, 宴會, 快餐 ?

take green tea tablets if you dont liek to drink it it curves you appetite.instead of regular potato chips get the light ones and instead of high calorie dips try ketcup it barley has any thing in it and taste good.that will get rid of you french fry and potato chip craving at one time.hope this helps.
I find that if I eat healthy mon-fri then the wknd is ok to splurge. Not to excessive though.
If you try eating junk food to excessive maybe you can get sick of it. I’ve done that.I am finished with chocolate..Just depends on how you handle things.
take a photo of ur bad bits
when u want to binge, look at that photo and then go for a jog.
and call a friend. or go on the net… do anything to distract yourself
